Engineer, Product

This is a high-growth role for engineers with strong full-stack fundamentals who want to ship real product from day one. You'll write SQL migrations, build repository-layer queries, create Server Actions with Zod validation, implement responsive React UIs, write unit and integration tests, and work with our CI pipeline — all while using AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow. We're looking for engineers who understand the full stack deeply and know when not to over-engineer.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js

Strong full-stack fundamentals — you can work at every layer from database to UI

Hands-on SQL experience: writing migrations, queries, schema design, indexing basics

Solid understanding of frontend best practices: component architecture, state management, performance, accessibility

Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines — not just using them, but building and improving them

Comfort integrating with third-party APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)

1+ year of daily AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) — this is non-negotiable

Pragmatic engineering mindset — you know when three lines of code beats an abstraction

Fluent English — all technical communication is in English

Bonus Points

Next.js App Router experience (Server Components, Server Actions, Suspense)

Supabase or PostgreSQL Row-Level Security experience

Mobile development with React Native or Expo

Monorepo experience (Turborepo, Bun workspaces)

Open source contributions or public side projects

Paid Trial Task

A real problem from our backlog. You get full access to our documentation and CLAUDE.md files. AI tools aren't just allowed — they're expected. Submit as a PR and get feedback within 48 hours.
